2003

Hasel Teknik Ahşap İnşaat Otomotiv Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. was founded in Düzce by Selçuk Sönmez in 2003.

Hasel has taken a small but radical step into the automotive sector with its administrative and production staff of 15 people. In this way, it started to produce with classical carpenter machines.

In 2004, ISO 9001: 2000 certificate was obtained in order to meet the automotive requirements.

In 2005, Foil-PVC coatings on Wooden Plates were started for the first time with the Vacuum Coating Machine produced by Hasel itself.

2006

Hasel, wishing to expand its company in 2006, expanded its staff and moved to a facility with a larger area.

In 2008, Hasel stepped into the Furniture sector besides the Automotive sector. Bathroom furniture and massive products were produced for the furniture industry.

2009

In 2010, Hasel renewed its existing carpentry machines with state-of-the-art carpentry machines in order to keep up-to-date production.

In 2010, Hasel obtained the IATF: 16949 certificate, which has a very important place in the Automotive industry. Thus, it paid attention to preventing defects in the supply and production of the industry in which it is located, and followed a quality management system that provides continuous improvement.

2012

In 2012, Hasel built a 2000 square meter production building and an 800 square meter administrative building on a 7500 square meter plot in Hacıaliler village and switched to its own facility.

In 2013, Hasel invested in CNC machinery in order to be able to produce more in less time and reduce the margin of error in production and paved the way for serial manufacture.

2015

In 2015, it participated in the "Busworld" fair, which is the world's largest fair, which offers equipment and services of the bus industry, held in Kortrijk, Belgium.

In 2015, Hasel entered the polyurethane sector as a partner of the company established under the name of PUR-TEKNİK with a new formation.

In 2016, Hasel increased its production capacity by integrating the molds it has produced within its own structure into the frequency press machine.

In 2016, Hasel continued to keep pace with technology and use the technology in the most efficient way by acquiring the Kuka Router and a second CNC machine.

In 2016, Hasel started bottom welding of floor coverings used on the floor of buses. Thus, the product range has expanded.

In 2016, Hasel entered the Wagon Industry and added a new sector to its customer portfolio.

In 2017, Hasel incorporated the Siemens NX program to speak the same language with its customers.

In 2017, Hasel entered the roller blind and pleated curtain sector as a partner of Hürsanper.

2018

In 2019, Hasel took another step in mechanization by investing in Panel Sizing and Thermoform machines.

Hasel started to produce Ambulance cabinets of a French company in 2020, thus increasing its export market.

In 2020, Hasel established the R&D department to carry out engineering studies.

Hasel reached a closed area of 6000 square meters by investing in a new building in 2020. With its new building investment, Hasel renovated its dining hall considering the pandemic conditions, and showed the same care to its employees.

In 2020, Hasel purchased the GençErp program to manage business processes institutionally, to increase efficiency, to prevent losses and to be competitive. With this program, it also makes Kioks investment and follows the traceability of the processes in production in an up-to-date manner.
